Our concierge department makes sure our guests’ wishes come true! We know everyone and every place in our valley and always find the best solutions to all the inquiries and bookings to make the holidays the most enjoyable ones.
Once chalet or apartment booking has been confirmed, our concierge team gets in touch with the guests to prepare all the details of their stay. We will be happy to suggest interesting activities, inform you about upcoming events, give our insider tips, confirm ski instructors and guides, purchase ski passes in advance, make reservations at the best restaurants, organize birthday parties, transfers, car hire, and much more. The dedicated concierge is always on call during guests’ stay in the resort for any last-minute arrangements.
You can rest assured that we will do our best to ensure any specific requirement is met no matter how small the detail or how personal the feeling.

Our guests don’t have to give up luxury hotel service level while staying in a private holiday home.
Our basic rental package in apartments includes daily cleaning by our own housekeeping team and full support from our experienced concierges.
Luxury chalet rentals also include the services of professional kitchen chef and butler, who take care of the guests’ every minute comfort.
If guests wish a private gourmet celebration catering, a tasty BBQ in an unforgettable location, a unique helicopter picnic served on a secluded mountain hill, a gastronomic safari in the best restaurants of our valley or just filling up the fridge with local and international specialties before the arrival: our experienced chefs, operations, and concierge teams are happy to plan and execute all of their culinary wishes.
