Occupying the entire lower level of a historic building, the apartment combines architectural character with contemporary design, art, and a unique sense of space. The building dates back to around 1900. For more than a century, it served as a carpentry workshop before being transformed into a private residence in 2010. The generous proportions and spirit of the original workspace have been carefully preserved and reinterpreted as a distinctive open-plan home. 

Large windows fill the interior with natural light, while the expansive living and dining area forms the heart of the apartment. A contemporary open kitchen with a substantial island creates a natural place for cooking, conversation and gathering. Carefully selected artworks and refined furnishings create an atmosphere that is elegant, relaxed and deeply personal.

The primary sleeping area includes an open-style master bedroom with a generous bathroom, freestanding bathtub and walk-in shower. Two further bedrooms each feature their own shower room, offering comfort and privacy for family and friends. Ample wardrobes and storage ensure effortless comfort, even during longer stays.
