St\u00f6rt Nachhaltigkeit den Luxustourismus oder ist sie eine Chance f\u00fcr Ver\u00e4nderungen? Ver\u00e4ndert das Umweltbewusstsein des Gastes die Dienstleistungen in der Luxushotellerie? Warum akzeptieren wir, dass bestimmte single-use-Produkte verboten werden und andere, die wir nicht verlieren m\u00f6chten?<\/h6>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Das Jahr 2019 geht zu Ende mit einem Wort, das uns das ganze Jahr \u00fcber begleitet hat. Fast so weit, dass es, obwohl es eine so wichtige Aufgabe ist, die wir alle ernst nehmen sollten, anfing, nervig zu werden. Warum? Durch die Medien, die die Klimaerw\u00e4rmung, Nachhaltigkeit und CO2-Reduktion als Thema dramatisierten, wurde es nicht mehr ernst genommen. Sie schrieben \u00fcber diejenigen, die Themen betreffen, als sie nicht genug Nachrichten zum Brexit bekamen oder Trump eine weitere sinnlose Provokation postete.<\/p>

Deshalb m\u00f6chte ich der n\u00e4chste sein, der glaubt, seine Meinung zum Thema Nachhaltigkeit teilen zu m\u00fcssen und einen weiteren Blog dazu schreiben. In diesem Blog geht es nicht darum, dass ich das Flugzeug meide und mit einer High-Tech-Super-Segelyacht von Europa in die USA segele (nicht dass das nicht einer meiner Tr\u00e4ume w\u00e4re), Gore-Tex Stoff und Gummistiefel tragen (sehr nachhaltig in der Tat). Es geht mir auch nicht darum einen Tesla zu kaufen mit einer Batterie die ich nicht mit erneuerbaren Energien aufladen kann und unklaren Recyclingm\u00f6glichkeiten bei das Ende der Batterielebensdauer. Ich m\u00f6chte Nachhaltigkeit im Gastgewerbe betrachten und mich auf Luxustourismus in Bezug auf \u00f6kologische Nachhaltigkeit konzentrieren. Nachhaltigkeit ist f\u00fcr mich kein neues und trendiges Thema. Ich habe einen Abschluss in nachhaltigem Tourismusmanagement von 2003. In Schweiz wissen wir schon seit Jahren um die Fehler in der Anfangszeit des wachsenden Tourismus und des Ausbaus der touristischen Infrastruktur. Ich lebe in einem Land mit einer sehr hoher Umweltrahmen von Regeln und Vorschriften, nicht erst seit die globale Erw\u00e4rmung zum Medienf\u00fcller wurde. Aber was ist mit den kleinen Dingen, die eine gro\u00dfe Ver\u00e4nderung bewirken k\u00f6nnen, wenn wir alle in unserem Alltag ein bisschen vorsichtiger w\u00e4ren? Letztlich geht es um Akzeptanz von Ma\u00dfnahmen, Verhalten und Meinungen.<\/p>

Wenn ich mir die Luxushotellerie anschaue, frage ich mich wirklich, warum bestimmte Routinen im Handumdrehen ge\u00e4ndert werden und nachhaltiges Verhalten selbstverst\u00e4ndlich ist-evident. Andere Produkte sind \u201emust haves\u201c und manche G\u00e4ste w\u00fcrden ihre Routine in keiner Weise \u00e4ndern. Seit ein paar Jahren besteht kein Zweifel daran Restaurants und K\u00f6che m\u00fcssen sich auf gesundes Essen, hochwertige Bio- und sogar lokale Produkte konzentrieren und die Kosten werden als h\u00f6her akzeptiert. Warum sollte der gleiche High-End-Gast, der unbedingt wissen m\u00f6chte, dass das Fleisch aus dem Engadin stammt, nur mit dem bestes Alpengras (und nat\u00fcrlich st\u00f6ren keine Antibiotika das Bio-Endprodukt), unser tolles Wasser aus dem Wasserhahn in einer wiederverwendbaren Glasflasche nicht zu trinken? Nein, es muss gesundes Fiji-Wasser sein, um die Welt geflogen, in einer Plastikflasche geliefert und mit einer Wasserqualit\u00e4t, die mit unserem lokalen Leitungswasser bei weitem nicht mithalten kann\u2026ONat\u00fcrlich h\u00e4tte jemand das Wasser vorher vergiften k\u00f6nnen und \u201eich trinke nur aus\u201c einer verschlossenen Flasche\u201c. Ja richtig, das kann bei einer Bio-Karotte nicht passieren. Ich behaupte keineswegs, dass dieses Verhalten dumm ist, die Leute denken einfach nicht genug dar\u00fcber nach.<\/p>

\u201eSingle-use\u201c wurde 2018 vom Collins Dictionary zum Wort des Jahres gek\u00fcrt. Dies, weil seit 2013 eine vierfache Zunahme der Verwendung des Wortes beobachtet wurde. Jetzt kommen wir zur\u00fcck zu meinem Punkt der Akzeptanz dieser kleinen Gewohnheiten, die den Unterschied ausmachen. Warum wird es akzeptiert mit einer coolen wiederverwendbaren Tasche einkaufen gehen, anstatt eine einzelne -use Plastikt\u00fcte zu kaufen? Endlich werden Plastikstrohhalme meistens verboten und durch coole Produkte in allen m\u00f6glichen Materialien ersetzt. Aber warum m\u00fcssen wir f\u00fcr G\u00e4ste, die eine Woche bleiben, immer noch so viele Artikel kaufen und sie lassen einfach Produkte zur\u00fcck, die definitiv nicht als Einwegartikel gedacht sind, nur weil es scheint, dass alles, was Reisende von zu Hause gewohnt sind, auch im Urlaub braucht\u2026<\/p>

Wird die Luxushotellerie durch ein nachhaltiges Gesch\u00e4ftsmodell gest\u00f6rt? Meiner Meinung nach \u00e4ndert sich die Einstellung eines Unternehmens von \u201ewanna be green\u201c zu transparentem \u2013, was bedeutet, dass ein Unternehmen nicht nur behauptet, gute Absichten zu haben \u2013 ist eine Chance f\u00fcr einen Wandel in unserer Branche. Ver\u00e4nderungen, die nicht nur nachhaltig sind, sondern auch neue Produkte hervorbringen, eine andere Art von Dienstleistungen und eine Distribution des Luxustourismus, die dem \u00f6ffentlichen Bewusstsein und dem Vertrauen der Verbraucher in nachhaltiges Verhalten von Marken und Unternehmen entspricht.<\/p>

Bei PPM bedeutet dies, dass wir auch in der Saison 2019\/20 weiter daran arbeiten werden, das Bewusstsein in unserem Team zu erh\u00f6hen und einige Arten von Dienstleistungen zu \u00e4ndern, um unserem Ziel gerecht zu werden, einen wirklich nachhaltigen Service zu implementieren, anstatt eine Mainstream-Art des Gr\u00fcnens. Nat\u00fcrlich wird PPM weiterhin bestehen f\u00fcr \u201ealles ist m\u00f6glich\u201c aber wir lassen unsere G\u00e4ste weiterhin die Reinheit unseres Engadiner Leitungswassers aus der wiederverwendbaren Glasflasche. taste schmecken<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
