Wenn die Seen gefroren und schneebedeckt und die Loipen f\u00fcr Klassisch und Skating gezogen sind, dann beginnt f\u00fcr mich die Zeit zum Langlaufen. Zuerst auf den professionell pr\u00e4parierten Loipen \u00fcber die Seen, nach einigen Wochen dann durch die wunderbare Landschaft Richtung Pontresina, Samedan und Zuoz.<\/p>

Es gibt viele M\u00f6glichkeiten, ein abwechslungsreiches Training in dieser einmaligen Landschaft zu erleben. Meine Favoriten sind die folgenden Strecken:
Von Sils nach Surlej dem Silvaplanersee entlang. Von Surlej \u00fcber die \u201aPal\u00fc Lungia\u2019, die anspruchsvollere, aber auch sch\u00f6nere Variante nach St. Moritz Bad und dann weiter Richtung Pontresina durch den Stazerwald mit seiner rasanten Abfahrt. Als zus\u00e4tzliche Schlaufe nach der Abfahrt nach links abbiegen auf die Traumloipe. Viel Vergn\u00fcgen!<\/p>

Das Highlight der Saison ist f\u00fcr viel Langl\u00e4ufer der Engadin Skimarathon, der seit \u00fcber 50 Jahren jeweils in der ersten M\u00e4rzh\u00e4lfte stattfindet und G\u00e4ste aus der ganzen Welt ins Engadin bringt. Die Marathon Woche beginnt mit dem Frauenlauf eine Woche vor dem grossen Event. Der noch eher junge Nachtlauf am Donnerstag bietet den Teilnehmern eine ganz besondere Erfahrung auf 17 Kilometern zwischen Sils und Pontresina. Am Engadin Skimarathon selbst nehmen rund 13\u2019000 L\u00e4ufer die 42km Strecke von Maloja nach S-Chanf oder den Halbmarathon nach Pontresina in Angriff.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
